Does VaryLog automatically approve a variation?
No. It helps document and prepare the record. Approval and entitlement depend on your contract, client and required notice process.
Can site workers see our rates?
No. The Site Worker role is designed for evidence capture and their own submitted records. Commercial pricing and client delivery stay with Owners and Admins.
Do I need to install an app?
No. VaryLog works in the browser on phone and desktop and can be added to your home screen for quick access.
Is AI required?
No. AI can assist with drafting and transcription, but the core workflow can still be completed manually.
